The Challenge
Coinbase Asset Management is a leading player in the world of cryptocurrency investment, offering a wide range of digital asset management solutions to institutional and individual investors alike. With the rapid growth of the digital asset market, Coinbase Asset Management knew it needed to rebrand itself to reflect its commitment to innovation and empowerment — as well as its diversified investment offerings. Following the acquisition of One River Asset Management, Coinbase enlisted Study Hall to craft narrative for their new offering. We worked with the team on a rebranding effort that established a vibrant and dynamic identity, highlighting Coinbase's leadership in the space and their commitment to broadening what's possible with digital assets for institutional clients.
My Role
As producer I oversaw the creative development from concepting and initial pitch, through final delivery for the CBAM rebrand. As a first step of the concepting phase, I partnered with the creative director to conduct interviews with senior leadership to better understand the brand and its goals so we could align on a vision and develop a new brand identity worthy of a brand as revered as Coinbase but differentiated for the institutional audience CBAM caters to. Throughout the project, I was personally responsible for the successful delivery of creative element from logos to brand visuals, ensuring all deliverables met technical and brand standards while maintaining consistency with the Coinbase parent brand.
